Flour tortilla (wheat flour, vegetable oil, salt), spinach, mushrooms, black beans, red rice (rice, onions, garlic, corn, serrano chiles, pureed tomatoes, scallions), cheese (Monterey Jack and sharp white Cheddar mix), crema, salsa verde, onion, cilantro.

Heating Instructions
1. Remove lid and unwrap foil from burrito.
2. Place burrito on a microwave-safe plate.
3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let rest for a minute, flip over, and continue cooking for 1 more minute.
4. Optional: Finish burrito in a pan by adding a 1/2 tbsp of butter. Toast burrito on each side for one minute over medium heat.
Recommended: Transfer the meal to a dish after heating.

Executive Chef Matt Gandin creates earthy, modern interpretations of dishes from throughout Mexico, with emphasis on Oaxaca and neighboring coastal regions. Comal opened in Downtown Berkeley in 2012, a few years later, they open an all-day taqueria – a sidekick to the original mothership. Comal Next Door opened in Berkeley in 2018 and quickly established its own identity as a neighborhood fixture, serving burritos, tacos, and tortas as well as housemade aguas frescas, salads, and more.
